DATA & ETHICS
How Resonant handles the data that makes it possible.
THE CORPUS
[DATA PROVENANCE STATEMENT — pending. What the 31 million assessments are, how they were collected across 27 years of assessment practice, what consent governed them, what "[built on]" means mechanically, and what individual-level data is and is not used.]
THE PROMISE
You own your profile. You see everything in it. You choose who reads it, every time. Delete it and it's gone. We sell access with your permission — never your data.
WHERE WE REFUSE
Behavioral intelligence informs human judgment. It never replaces it.
Some communications should not be tuned to their recipient at all: messages that must be demonstrably impartial, adverse decisions about people's employment, contexts where tailoring would amount to surveillance. Our own model says so — the context gate is the equation telling operators where not to use the product — and we build to it. Resonant is not a hiring filter, not a screening tool, and not a substitute for a human decision about a human being.
THE GUESSING PROBLEM
AI platforms are already inferring who you are — silently, from everything you type, with no validation and no way to see the file. We think the alternative is a profile that is measured rather than guessed, owned by you rather than held about you, and consented every time it's read. That's the architecture, not the aspiration.
The assessment is available to adults 18 and over.
