No. It's licensed for development only, and the terms prohibit use in selection, promotion, or termination decisions.

+Who can see my profile?

You. Your coworkers see a bearing on how to work with you, never your scores. HR and managers see aggregates. That's the whole list.

+What if I've never taken an assessment?

Your company can add the assessment add-on and you'll take a validated one in about 20 minutes. Or upload a free one you've done before — we'll work with it.

+Can I turn it off?

Yes, any time, from your own account. Off means off: your coaches stop answering and the AI connector stops serving your profile.

+Does it train on our data?

No. Profiles are used to build your coaches and nothing else.
