Resonant was founded by James Niblick, PsyD — a psychologist, not an engineer, in a field that has plenty of engineers. The behavioral science underneath Resonant comes from 27 years of building and validating assessment instruments used across 300,000 organizations in 52 countries: 31 million completed assessments' worth of evidence about how real people communicate, decide, and work.

Bintly is the engine. The 29-Point Personality Print is the output. Resonant is the platform. Human fluency is the outcome.
